This is a concept project: a self-initiated design, not work for a paying client. It shows how we would approach a business like this.
The challenge
Bookings arrive through Instagram messages, calls and a paper diary. That means double-bookings, no-shows and no clear view of regular clients or the week's revenue.
The solution
Online booking tied to each stylist's calendar, automatic email and SMS reminders, a simple client portal for rebooking, and a dashboard that shows the week's bookings and revenue at a glance.
