This page explains what happens to your payments if a project or plan ends early. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and the written proposal for your project. If your proposal says something different, the proposal wins.
The deposit holds your place in our schedule and covers the planning and design work we start straight away. If you cancel within [7 days] of paying it and we haven't started work, we refund it in full. After work has started, the deposit covers the work done so far.
You can end a project at any time with written notice. You pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over everything you've paid for, including designs, code and your data. If you've paid more than the value of the work completed, we refund the difference within [14 days].
You get unlimited revisions before launch within the agreed scope, so most problems are fixed by telling us. If we can't deliver the agreed scope, we refund the part of the fee that covers what wasn't delivered.
Lists are verified when we deliver them. If a large share of the emails we verified bounce, tell us within [14 days] of delivery and we'll replace the affected records or refund that part of the fee. We can't refund for replies, meetings or sales that don't happen, because we don't guarantee them (see our Terms of Service).
Costs we pay to third parties on your behalf, such as domain registrations, paid software, sending domains and AI usage, are passed on at cost and can't be refunded by us. Where a provider offers its own refund, we help you claim it.
Email hello@everforgeofficial.com with your project name and what happened. We reply within 24 hours, and refunds go back to the original payment method. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
