Acceptable use policy

We build tools that talk to your customers, so it matters how they are used. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to this website and to everything we build or run for you.

What you can't use our work for

Anything illegal, fraudulent or misleading, including impersonating a person or business.
Spam, or messages sent to people who haven't had a fair chance to opt out.
Collecting or using personal information in ways the law or the person hasn't allowed.
Malware, phishing, or anything designed to damage or get unauthorized access to systems.
Content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone's rights.
AI features that make decisions about people's health, credit, housing or employment without a human check.

Email and outreach rules

For lead lists and cold email campaigns, you agree to:

Send only to business contacts relevant to what you offer, and only using the lists and domains we set up.
Identify yourself truthfully, with an accurate sender name, subject line and business address.
Include a working way to opt out in every email, and honor opt-outs straight away.
Follow the laws that apply to you and your recipients, such as CAN-SPAM in the United States, PECR in the UK and GDPR in the EU, and the rules of the email providers you use.
Stay within the daily sending limits we recommend, so your sending reputation stays healthy.

This website

Please don't probe the site for weaknesses without asking us, overload it with automated requests, scrape it at scale, or submit the contact form with false or abusive content. If you find a security problem, tell us at hello@everforgeofficial.com and give us a chance to fix it.

What happens if rules are broken

We may pause or stop a service, remove content or refuse new work if this policy is broken or if we believe a campaign could harm others or our providers. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you the chance to put it right. See refunds and cancellations for what happens to payments.

Reporting a problem

If you received something from a campaign we set up and want it to stop, or you think a service is being misused, email hello@everforgeofficial.com.
