This policy explains what personal information EverForge collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need and never sell personal information.

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, company, website, the service you're interested in, a budget range and your message. We use this only to reply to you, discuss your project and prepare a quote.
Calls are booked through Google Calendar. When you choose a time, Google collects your name, email address and any notes you add, and shares them with us so we can send the invite and hold the call on Google Meet. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy.
If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we use privacy-friendly analytics that record aggregated information such as pages visited, referring sites, device type and approximate country. It doesn't use advertising cookies or build a profile of you. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
We keep the contact, billing and project information needed to deliver our services, send invoices and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Our lead generation service compiles business contact information (such as company name, business email, job role and business location) from publicly available business sources. We process this information on the basis of legitimate interest in business-to-business communication, limit it to professional details, verify it for accuracy and honor opt-out and deletion requests promptly. If you believe your details are in a list we prepared and you want them removed, email hello@everforgeofficial.com.
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, our database provider, email and analytics tools, under contracts that require them to protect it, or when the law requires us to.
We work with clients worldwide, and some of our service providers store data in other countries. When information is transferred abroad, we use providers with appropriate safeguards in place.
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted or anonymized within [24 months]. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and meet tax and accounting requirements.
Wherever you are, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, and ask for a copy you can take elsewhere. You can also withdraw consent to analytics at any time with the cookie settings link in the footer. To use any of these rights, email hello@everforgeofficial.com. We'll reply within 30 days, and you can complain to your local data protection authority if you're not happy with the answer. The sections below add detail for some regions.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. We rely on consent (analytics), contract (client work) and legitimate interests (replying to enquiries, B2B lead data, security). You can complain to your local data protection authority.
You can request to know, delete or correct the personal information we hold about you, and you won't be treated differently for doing so. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll notify affected people and authorities of a breach where the law requires.
